Objectives :

  In order to convert this vision and mission into a reality DELHI SCHOOL OF e-LEARNING (DSeL) was launched to provide professional excellence through degree programs like BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, BMC, MMC, M.Sc.(Computer Science), PGDCA, MIB from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hisar (Haryana), as it is human being who bring the desired transformation in the global society which would be sustainable. Since inception DSeL is striving :

To achieve the highest standards of performance through total commitment and  exceptional efforts; to be creative with the changing pace of environment and its  impact on concerned areas of quality work performance;
To imbibe the ethos of effective learning-a continuous process;and
 To develop synergy by blending traditional values and culture with modern  approaches ensuring strong foundation for sustainable growth.

Philosophy :

   We follow the philosophy of VEDANTA that is universally applicable. VEDANTA would not remain only in academics but at DSeL it would also be imbibed in the day-to-day activities. This would help all the members of DSeL family in discovering their inner self and the purpose of life leading to happiness and joy. VEDANTA has many things to contribute in diverse areas of management like sustainable motivation and leadership, communication, decision making, self-development, and development of an appropriate work culture. Today management has become an integral part of human life. The ancient Indian wisdom especially Karma Yoga is very much applicable in management to create healthy work culture in an organization. Karma Yoga not only leads to material prosperity but also qualitative management culture and spiritual development leading to human salvation. Our philosophy aims at holistic development of the society as a whole and organization and individuals in particular based on sustainable principles.
